To deliver successful projects, the client agrees to provide timely feedback, necessary approvals, access to locations or talent as agreed, and accurate information regarding the project scope. The client is responsible for the accuracy of materials and instructions provided to B&B Productions LLC.
Payment terms are defined in the applicable proposal or agreement. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due upon receipt. B&B Productions LLC reserves the right to pause or withhold deliverables for non-payment. Production and post-production schedules are estimates and may be affected by weather, third-party vendors, client revision rounds, or force majeure events.
Ownership and licensing of raw footage, final masters, music, and third-party assets are as specified in your agreement. Upon full payment for the agreed scope, B&B Productions LLC grants the usage rights stated in your contract. B&B Productions LLC may use anonymized or publicly approved work in its portfolio unless a separate confidentiality agreement prohibits it.
B&B Productions LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of revenue, loss of data, delays caused by third parties, or issues arising from client-supplied content or platforms.
B&B Productions LLC reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
